Is it safe to use credit card on the site?
Yes, our web server is secured with SSL (https, More about SSL can be dound here ) technology during your checkout processes – all your payment and personal information will be encrypted when they are transmitted over the internet, to ensure that your privacy information is safe from hackers or other malicious parties. We do not store your whole credit card numbers on our own web server.

What is your order delivery procedure?
All items will be shipped once we clear your payment. Because most items are unique, we reserve our right to sell them to other customers if we can not receive your payment within 2 weeks after you submit your order.

How long will it take for international shipping?
Items will be shipped with USPS First-Class Mail International. Customs may delay delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; most delays are due to customs in the country the package is being sent to, since their policies and efficiency varies.

From our experiences, most packages arrive within the allotted time. However, we also had some customers whose shipments were delayed, either by customs or in transit - one of them even took about 5-6 weeks to reach the destination. Please allow 4-28 weekdays for package to arrive. Since lots of things such as customs are out of our controls, we can not guarantee delivery date. Please be patient!

What is your return and refund policy?
We accept items that are returned within 30 days after the original shipping date, as long as they are in original shape. We will refund all amount (minus Actual shipping and handling cost) for you. Refund will be made by Paypal if you paid by Paypal, by credit card if you paid by credit card, other payments will be made by check, within 7 business days of our receiving your returns. Please remember to inform of us by sending email to first.
Note: In case of refund, we will withhold the Actual shipping and handling cost instead of Shipping and Handling Charge. For example, in free shipping cases, though we do not charge you anything for the shipping and handling, but we still will withhold the actual shipping and handling cost if you ask for refund.

How do I cancel an order?
Please send your cancellation requests to . If the item has not been shipped after we receive your payment, we will refund full amount to you. If the item has already been shipped before the order is cancelled, We will process your request and refund the full amount (minus Actual shipping and handling fee) when the returned item has been received.

Do you charge sale taxes?
There are no sale taxes for customers out of Texas, U.S.A. For Texas residents, the listing prices include 8.25% of sale taxes: for example, if the listing price is $90, the sale price: is 90/1.0825= 83.14, sale taxes is : 83.14*0.0825= $6.86

What kind of pearl jewelry do you sell?
We are selling different styles of freshwater cultured pearl jewelry including pearl necklaces, pearl bracelets, pearl earrings, and pearl stud earrings. Since most of the today's freshwater cultured pearls in the world come from China, China is our main source of pearl jewelry.
